Physio time!

Today I absconded early from work to go to the hospital for my first physiotherapy appointment! The diagnosis is .......(drum roll) I have a partially slipped disk in my back which is causing sciatica! Great!! Apparently as the pain is on the outside of my leg it indicates back injury rather than hip which would be my inside leg according to the physio! So a course of physiotherapy, pain killers and a mixture if swimming and physio exercises are the cure...... Lets see!
