The neighborhood library hosted a speaker who discussed King Louis XIV's reign.  I was not sure I could stay for the entire presentation, but it was quite interesting!  Next month, he will present Thomas Locke, and I will not miss that one!

Today is my biannual visit to the dentist.  This dentist has taken over the practice from my old retired doctor, so there is some trepidation.
