Another lovely day..

walked to the lighthouse and was amazed by the bonsai flowers. ragged Robin, Orchids, squill and others were no more than a two centimetres tall! Obviously the cold wind and rain has made them hold onto the ground. Purple Oxytropis was out but Primula scotica, the Scottish Primrose and the one I wanted to see was still just a leaflet rosette emerging . Never known it so warm or calm here as it was today! The magnificent scenery made up for everything. Later, down on the beach, explored the spectacular rock cliff formations and took a shot through the breakers to the lighthouse. There is a surfer in there too!
