Still not finished

Our bathroom was finished today, with final silicone beads to edges of bath panel and skirting boards.  The en-suite is tantalisingly close, but yet unfinished.  They started on 20 May, but the pipes have been renewed, insulation installed under the bathroom floor, re-boarding, over-boarding with plywood and a vinyl planking to finish.  It will have been an expensive undertaking, but worth it.

We are pleased with the "floating" toilet, anchored to a steel frame behind that panel, anchored in its turn to the wall.  It should take my weight . . .

And I've just removed a tick from Mrs B's arm – kudos to me for doing so, and to Mrs B for noticing it and letting me do the removal.
