Bus Challenge No 214

University of Bristol Botanic Garden

With my BC friend, took a bus into Bristol, then a second bus up onto The Downs to the Botanic Garden where we had a wonderful couple of hours exploring all the different areas and habitats. The tropical greenhouses were my favourite, it was like being back in steamy Singapore! Lovely warm sunny day (19 degrees) so before heading back we enjoyed lunch on the café terrace in the sunshine.

So many photos, so much colour, but this cactus and its bright orange flowers has to be my favourite. In extras, collages of: 1) The tropical greenhouses, 2) Some of the many flowers, 3) Other scenes from around the gardens, including the amazing Tree Ferns.
