Here comes the sun

Beginning to settle into the rhythm of 30 minutes on the Game Ready machine and rehabilitation exercises. Have to say it is a relief to have Stephen home to shop and cook. Really glad I involved them in baking and cooking at a young age.

Tonight we had chicken in a creamy wine sauce. A great way to end the day.
