Small ... and not so far away

Ruth loves doing things in miniature.  Following on from her tiny clay pots and vases as well as other projects going back into her teens, she's currently decorating these little bird boxes.  Fun evening activity and they're all - twelve so far - different and really beautiful.

A quiet day here.  A useful OT / contractor visit this morning before my sister-in-law arrived with Mum.   Lunch all together, a nice time to chat.  Mum's been poorly recently, now recovering but very tired.  She's eaten and slept and not much else since arriving.  We'll have a quiet day tomorrow before heading into Wales early evening.
