Another day of pretty much the same as yesterday, with minor tweaks and better weather.

The forecast was for wet weather to creep in around late morning, so I sped around the first part of the day trying to keep ahead of any precipitation. In the end, it just got hotter and sunnier.... 

Strava records a 42km trek from Muirhouse to Greater Gorgie and on to Craigmillar before a diversion to Leith for a preliminary delve into a couple of rabbit holes I unearthed last week. And cakes. 

As I am sans over, I purchased some cakes for Tom's 17th (!) birthday tomorrow from Krema before retiring for the afternoon to Her's to write some stuff up.

Thereafter dog walking and bolognese ensued before my and the pup headed off on a 9 to offer respite. 

Oh and I managed to figure out the sequencer bit of the Roland Aria S-1 so I drifted off to sleep to an approximation of a Hardy-Tree-meets- Philip-Glass thing. Next step- add in high hats and a Volka Keys piece. Or a Plinky noodle?
