Late afternoon visit to Riverside Country Park, Gillingham, Kent, a walk up Horrid Hill (not much of a hill and not particular horrid!) and then to Sharps Green pond. Experimented with the light, so frustrating to not be able to capture it as I would like. We were entertained for ages by the family of moorhens. the chicks looked really fluffy and did a rather cute impersonation of roadrunner when they stood up on the carpet of weed and run across the pond.
