Castle Trip

Today was a chilled family day where we enjoyed the glorious weather and spent time showing S [ american son-in-law] round an old castle. The three male visitors then went to play golf on a Scottish course and the rest of went home and had a BBQ - and it stayed dry! 
In the extras I've added a photo of the round tower which looks precariously squint if you look at the straight wall on the edge of the image. Dirleton Castle [ like Tantallon further round the coast] is suffering from the effects of climate change on the stonework so has limited access at present.
