"You shall have a fishy..."

".......on a little dishy" . We are lucky enough to have a friend Harry the Fisherman who today gave us a bucket of mackerel for our Elderly folk at our Care Home. Once we'd filleted and gutted all 34 (!!) we had some ourselves, floured and fried in a little olive oil served with new potatoes and a Caesar salad. Delicious !
