Black Dog 10k

I haven't posted for a while. I guess my life felt a bit dull. I might do a bit of back blipping as I have had a few interesting days.
This evening Phil and I did the Black Dog 10k in Bungay.
I was a bit disappointed to miss my 1 HR target (I managed 1.01.41 I still beat my Frimley 10k time do I guess I am happy with that.
