Last orders: PLEASE!?!
In the past Herumph years, I've shot these oniony thingies a number of times.
At least once with attendant Bumble bee(s), I may have shot the flower cluster, like a set of little bells, I know for a fact I did one twixt fingers to look "up" into a single flower. As far as memory serves I have never done it at "closing time".
The bees visit right up to the last flower, often squeezing into each one. They must be full of "a lock 'o good tackin' ".
As each flower yields its last drop it slowly closes and "assumes the position", like a gang of prop-forwards about to scrum.
