Showing Support

Today England played their 2nd game in the Euro's . At work we was asking customers to wear football tops to be entered into a raffle and there was also Sausage rolls for them. The staff all had football shirts on so , I also put flags on our car and this shot is showing them blowing in the breeze .

With the match kicking off at 5.00 I arrange for some staff to get off a little bit earlier and 3 of us covered the branch for the last half hour surprisingly no customers came in with just 1 phone call . At 5.00 I was setting the alarm and locking the gates for a quick dash home with very very little traffic on the roads I was home having missed just the first  8 minutes.
Not the best of performances again from England playing rather negative scoring 1st and then letting Denmark Equalise  and then struggling again with the game ending 1-1  meaning England just have the upper hand in the group but still not qualified for the knockout stages will have to see what Tuesday brings.
Getting tea now then time to watch some Super League rugby Castleford V Hull KR  at least to forget about the performance
