Fabulous morning swim with Emma and Pete, we like to take advantage of the sunshine and flat seas when we can. Super strong current, lots of swimming not going very far!

Otherwise a day of little note, finished my book A Fine Balance. Dear me, what a book- it’s going to stay with me for a good while.
