I’ve not been to the Quays for a few weeks but Victoria sent me a text this morning to see if I was going this evening so I made the effort….I’m glad I did as it was a gorgeous evening. We sat in the sunshine afterwards and chatted with a few people, it was all very chilled. Dave was clearing up as the session ended so I snatched a quick pic.

I had an appointment at the musculoskeletal dept in the Gateway this morning. They think it is an arthritis flare up, but I’m going for an X-ray just to check. I’ve bought a little gizmo that puts an electric pulse into the joint and it seems to help…it may not be doing anything but I think positive approaches make it work. Anyway, I’ve now got curly hair!! Lol
