Final piece of current diagnostic process completed - nerves tested "perfectly normal". This is good, however I still feel no closer to an answer for my symptoms which are currently worsening not improving. Follow up with pain specialist on Saturday. MOT for the car tomorrow, hoping that goes through OK.
