Pooling Rain in Georgia

Having been awake all night on a BMI flight to Tbilisi via Yeravan and worked all day at a WIPO IPA seminar on Copyright which was really well attended my creativity ran out - having already given a creative paper on Minority Language Publishing. This is an image of the rain pooling on the wooden balustrade of my balcony (I use the word carefully as it is about six inches deep) in the Hotel Old Tbilisi. Tomorrow I've to talk about Collective Management of Rights and once again the Google Book Settlement - this is an unscheduled paper but people keep asking about it so we decided to put it on the agenda for the day.
