Little Sea Stack
A hot muggy day but musn't complain.
I took a short walk below the lighthouse to catch a blip
on the way to pick daughter up from the train.
I have never seen the tide so low at this point on the coast.
It shelves very steeply, I hadn't realised the water was so deep at this point.
In this earlier photograph taken from the rocks on the right the swirl is being created by this stack, which was submerged under each wave.
