MAKING THE MOST…

….of every moment.

After a long frustrating and successful day at work The Rev collected me. We took Dan to BP park…it was a glorious day.
Although the walk from the car was only about 50m that did Dan in. He was glad to sit down and use his oxygen. We stopped for a cuppa and cake. We were worried if it was too much but he said he really enjoyed it and wanted to do it again.

He loved looking at the beautiful gardens and really wanted to walk around them but it was too much and he still had to do 50m back to the car.
I think it lifted his spirits.
Foots aching now so I’m glad I’ve got a day off tomorrow to do nothing but rest up.
