Work all day and then home and out on the bike for a quick
30 miles at 18mph. Lovely hot ride, still training for my ride but my weekends seem to be quite full at the moment as a result Im not putting in the long rides maybe this weekend?
My trusty steed is going in for a service tomorrow. Still haven't got a name for her.
