Shopping for anew oven

We moved to this new house 2 years ago
The oven has been faulty when we moved in
Dandiora the house builder have been no help at all
Zannuzzi the suppliers of the oven , even though the oven was all battered , we think it had been dropped they just kept putting new part in still isn’t right
We are replacing ourselves so Zannuzzi and Dandora be careful if you purchase from them
