Over the river!

Summer appears to have arrived yippee (I hope it sticks around)

This photo was taken on my run today along the fledborough cycle path, it used to be a train line and this photo was taken on the viaduct over the river Trent.

I’ve done my chores, ran, been to the gym and kept the kids alive! Horatio has asked me to write him and his friend a plan for the gym that will improve their rugby performance and help them bulk up so I’ve researched and prepared that ready for next week :)
