Soutzoukos

I went for a short harbour walk this morning and was surprised to see a big market setting up - I hadn’t realised it’s the Festival of the Flood on Monday - this is a big celebration of water (maybe Noah?), and an important bank holiday in the calendar.
Soutzoukos is a local sweet made from grape juice.
