These are in a patch just outside the leisure centre where I had an appointment with a foot specialist. I have been told not to wear my summer shoes any more as they are too flexible and need to have an ultrasound to see the current situation regarding the plantar fascia.

Dad's section has been temporarily released and he will travel back to Bristol on Sunday.
