The Jones family

First destination today was Birmingham to meet up with my niece Alice at one of my cousin Simon’s Medicine bakeries.. The last hour was tortuous as we drove round and round the centre totally lost. It was worth it though to see what a fantastic success he has created. We then had a mostly-bumper-to-bumper-traffic-jam experience getting out of Birmingham in rush hour to Codsall, where we met all of Simons gorgeous family and enjoyed fantastic food made by Franchesca. Here they all are apart from Romy who needed to be up at 3am to start baking.

We shared memories, stories and photos. Dad and I were so happy to unexpectedly see all seven of Simons children and also that Alice was there too. A really special evening.
