Friday flow

A yoga flow. A stunning sunny morning (soft sand in extras). Work of course.

The novelty of catching a bus up to friend J’s house, which turned out to be the quickest and most convenient thing ever.

We had dinner and chatted much. This is part of her achingly pretty garden, and there are some rather eye catching calla lilies (I think) in extras.
