Disc-a-holic

No blip = grab nearest object and make something fun. I have many frisbee's knocking around the house, mostly from last year in Spain where I bought one from every tournament I played as a momento!

Work and then headed to the forest to do Hill Sprints with Adam, one of the guys who plays for Vision who lives in my neck of the woods. Satisfyingly sore now. It was hard work, but hopefully a few more sessions like that will pay off in the rest of the season!
