Easter Road

A dilemma today. The thermometer in the conservatory - admittedly in the sun but at 6pm - was registering 37 oC having previously climbed to 47 oC. Something that needed recorded which was duly done. If Andy Murray and Novak Djokovic were playing on Sunday even at the lower temperature I take my hat off to them and their fitness. Indeed I'd take my shirt, shoes and socks off to them!

But today's blip is of Easter Road in Edinburgh. Not named after the religious event, but because it was the road from Leith to Edinburgh to the east of Leith Walk. In the morning light the curve of the tenements with the shadow of the buildings opposite was particularly striking. And all from the top of a 35 bus.
