Reflections

I spotted my reflection as I got out of the car to buy a few things from M&S - I'm very taken with their mild potato and spinach side dishes - there are two Aloo Gobi & ??  I don't need the chicken dish with them.  Midweek they can be reduced, but usually on their last date - but as it's M&S they are good for at least another day or so.

Dentist in the morning - good to see hygienist Emma, and we had a smile over her pink `scrubs' (and my teeth were doing pretty well).
