Light Reflections

Rather than the longest day, yesterday might better be described as the shortest night.  What was notable this morning was direct sunlight came in through the lounge window as the sun rose above the roof of a neighbouring property, something that hasn’t happened for many years because of the Leylandii hedge that was taken down late last year.

I was working and come the end of the day the only photo I’d taken was of the sunlight reflecting off the dresser in the bedroom.
