Old club mate

Back in my running days Naouelle and I were similar pace in many races for our club.
She lives in north of the city so rarely comes to our parkrun
I was going to take it easy but as she was there that was never going to happen.. pushed each other to 21 mins… I outsprinted her by 5 secs .. no way were each of us going to back off for the line!
I’m a fair few years old so happy to hold off youth lol
