Greater Bindweed or Bellbine, Hedge Bindweed, Convulvulus.   It has a pretty bell shaped flower but is very vigorous.   I noticed several flowers from plants growing through brambles etc.
It's been overcast for much of the day with a few short, sharp showers, and quite humid too.
