We have a terraza!!

A happy day in our lives and that of the barrio! Our much-loved Frankfurter (now called La Peatonal) re-instated its terrace today. They had always had one but had to wait for approval of the licence from the local council to start using it again. A long wait of over a year since they opened again after their rebuild and opening again after Covid has put a stop to the works. Danny, the chef, and son of the family business, texted Bb to say they had just put out the new terrace. We were there within 15 mins. It’s a 2 min walk from our front door! Salva, the owner, here in black, seemed very at home immediately and everyone who passed by congratulated them. It’s lovely to have our front room back again!

I assessed a part time online course in Budapest today. That was my day!
