Oh Dear!

A visit to the Lakes was on the cards today, but I remembered about Maryport Fun Day.  The lifeboat crew put on displays and this was one of them.  I had seen these displays before, but my photos missed the crucial action, rather I missed the action!  Not this time as I set burst mode and several shots captured the action.  I wasn't alone as I met with camera club folk.  A good couple of hours.
Maryport Lifeboat crew are very accommodating and they are keen for camera club to take photos.  You always get a good chat from them.  One set of photos I could have shown is a crew member 'walking the plank.'
