Clean up!

This afternoon there was a great group of volunteers getting together to do a serious clean-up inside and outside of the Rosefield Mills site along the Nith. The river-facing side was purchased by the Dumfries Historic Building Trust some years ago on behalf of the community. We are now raising funds to some major refurbishment. Next week, we will advertise for a project officer. We have managed to get funding for a full-time post for initially 16 months. So watch this space!
