Port Station

Another port station. Similar to the one in Lisbon last month, although smaller.

Today, we left our apartment and looked around the capital city, Ermoupoli. It's a beautiful city, one which competes with many bigger cities. Gorgeous architecture.

Today is the start of a Grerk religious holiday. The ferries are full of Athenians coming to the islands for the holiday, instead of going to church.

We had to wait until 7 pm for the ferry, but the wait in this cool, air-conditioned building passed quickly.

Onwards to Paros, where there were no taxis to take us out of the port, because those in the know had booked them!
