Perfect summer's evening

A very busy day culminating in the Turkdean choir singing at this Floral Choral Evensong. It was really lovely. All the other villages in the Benefice did flower arrangements around the church which were beautiful. Our vicar Mother Alycia and the actor Michael Maloney did a dialogue with poems and quotations from Shakespeare and the Bible which perfectly fitted the occasion. The choir got lots of compliments which was nice after all the practising we did! 

I thought this sign outside the church looked great so it's my blip for today. Hopefully I'll be able to catch up with blip tomorrow.
