A Honey Bee!

I haven't seen one for so long. They're very active on our Californian Lilac in the back garden at the moment. This one already had full nectar sacs.

I had good intentions for today. It was Shepshed Open Gardens and I had intended to Cecily down to the community garden, probably leaving Basil behind because of the heat. Film 4 showed Lawrence of Arabia early in the afternoon and I stayed to watch. SO many things I picked up from the film this time that I hadn't realised before.

Therefore today's blip is a picture from the garden. 

Summer, so TV is totally taken over by football and other sports. I watch because I have no choice.
