Swanland

We had planned to go out for Sunday lunch today but couldn’t get a table anywhere until early evening and that ran the risk of them running out of Sunday dinners.
So after early trip to the supermarket to get supplies to cook our own dinner we ventured to the local village/small town of Swanland. We didn’t really know what to expect but it was a quirky place full of interesting buildings. We had a spot of lunch in the cafe and a pint at the local pub overlooking the village pond.
Back to the lodge for Sunday dinner, some more owl spotting and the Scotland football game.
