Back to Blip again…drained and pained

A very brief Blip and a Blip photo taken on Friday after a much needed trip to the hairdressers. A trip to a salon wipes me out for days but I was very happy with my tidy hair! 

Glad I have never had to dye it, no greys, sitting that long would be impossible for me pain wise.

I have been struggling with my health throughout June and haven’t managed to Blip for several weeks and have missed it. 

I’m having some additional health issues investigated and my pain and fatigue have been very high and debilitating. I have had a lot going on and a lot of stress. Grateful for makeup which masks my invisible illnesses.

Getting bloods done this week. My GP thinks I may have thyroid issues due to other symptoms that have developed and progressed in the last seven months.

I hope to start Blipping again daily, hope everyone has had a great weekend and enjoyed the sunshine. 

I have been keeping up with my Duolingo music and Ukrainian practice.

I have been in bed for most of the weekend and a couple of days during the week. Absolutely drained.
