A thousand eyes

Mama bear picked me up from work downtown for a picnic lunch in the park. What a kind, generous mum I have.

This beauty of a creature tried to take advantage of my preoccupation with trying to capture its stunning garb, by sneaking in close enough to attempt a peck at our food.

Off to the ferry terminal after work to meet Jenn and get off this little island (funny, I always forget I live on an island). We're bound for a weekend in rock climbing heaven!
