Mallerstang Valley

Came home from the caravan via Kirkby Stephen, Wensleydale and Ribblesdale. This is possibly the highest point of the Mallerstang valley. The Settle to Carlisle railway runs under the bridge you can see just in front of me. This is a good spot for photographing the steam trains which run along the line occasionally.
A lovely, if rather long drive back.
