A cracker of a day today.
Up to Fraserburgh in the morning then home to “potter” about.
This year, I’ve seen very few butterflies in the garden. I saw an orange tip about a month ago, a first in our garden, but it was only a very fleeting visit. I think I saw a red admiral but again, it didn’t stay, and also a couple of cabbage whites.
However, today, this red admiral hung about allowing me to take his photo.
P.S. I think it was a penalty!!!
