Ekiden Completed

The first full Ekiden in the UK went well. 

18 teams braved the serious heat, forging friendships as they waited excitedly for their turn to take the running sash, or as they cooled down after their turn and stayed to welcome the slower teams to hand over.

Sponsors were pleased that the event got at least coverage on tv in the South of England, and it looks as if we could have a new sport on offer for the future.
