Portland Bill

Couldn't publish a blip last night as we were anchored in Lulworth Cove with no signal.
This was taken rounding Portland Bill yesterday evening. It looks peaceful but the tide race is notorious and it gave us a few hairy moments.
Lulworth Cove is a lovely spot to spend the night at anchor. We left Lulworth at 8 o'clock this morning to sail round to Poole, the wind is ENE which is the worst possible direction so we will have to use the engine some of the way . We are aiming to go through the lifting bridges at 3.30 then home for a shower!
