My 4th

Today was spent swimming with the baby and her mom and dad. After dark I retreated with the dogs into the house where they can be save from the fireworks, which terrify them and all contains of atrociously explosive stuff is legal here in New Mexico, a large assortment of which will happen on our street any second now.

Today, I am grateful for the day I was given, the freedoms I enjoy (and give thanks to those who have guaranteed them to me, including my father), prosperity I enjoy and a day spent with the baby.
