Birdwatching

Pam and Colin Mitchell MBE took Dunscore Birdwatching Group on a simply wonderful trip to Langholm and Newcastleton moor
.This is the group watching hen harriers.
The area has fascinated me since my days as a water and sewage sampler. The Holywood Trust also supported Making the Most of the Moorland group in buying the land from Buccleuch estates.
