Folkestone

Left our idyllic fishery location in hot weather and headed to Farnborough via Waitrose and Bracknell Motorhome where we bought the BK to stock up for the journey to France. Had a relaxing stay in the Aviator Car Park waiting for our travel companion LV to arrive and then off to the Master Brewer pub while listening to the England yawnfest. Arrived at the pub where we stay the night to a large group of inebriated locals expressing their disdain for England’s performance - despite which England are top of their group and qualify for the last 16 despite 2 draws and a win! No toilet roll in the loo and they can’t take cash and the card reader was broken but bank transfer c/o LV bought us a drink. We’ll kip down in the BK for the night and take an early train under the channel to start our holiday proper!
