Just before dawn, 4.21

It was a beautiful pink but it didn't last long once the sun came up fully. I went back to bed. You can just see the Berwick Law on the top right hand side. 

My bike went much better this morning after I pumped up the tyres yesterday. There was a wait to get in, short staffed. But Amy accepted the call and came in on her 18th birthday so we got in the pool. J is back from Germany bemoaning the Scotland team. Ah well, it's only a game. 

I have killed the freezer so spent ages deciding on a replacement. It arrives Saturday. #2 son went off to the house to garden. In this garden the cherry has a reprieve till October.

It was hot and humid and I did a bit of hand weeding (no tools) after a bit of work. Was about to sit and sew when the rain started. 

Transferred food across freezers, spoke to onH who moved tiles which he thinks may have sorted the problem and then got stuck into spreadsheets. K phoned which was good as I was planning to phone her tonight.

#2 sun came home to continue the parallel life - watches football I watch whatever else is on with Willow at my feet.

It rained, heavily, and the chill returned. Good for the garden though, the soil was dry.

Watched the end of Wagner series 1. It must be simple, correct French as I understand most of it. Less slang than some other series. 

Forgot to phone the dentist, and the doctor. Tomorrow.
